Definition
- QuickBird, launched in October 2001, was an imaging satellite of DigitalGlobe Inc. of Longmont, CO, USA. The spacecraft was in a sun-synchronous orbit with an operating altitude of 450 km. It completed one revolution every 93.4 minutes and absolved more than 15 revolutions per day. (en)
