  • http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/paleo/ The World Data Center for Paleoclimatology is maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Climatic Data Center (NCDC). The data center archives and distributes data sets related to the field of paleoclimatology. These data sets include ice core data, tree ring data, paleovegetation data, paleooceanographic data, climate model data, marine sediments, lake sediments, pollen, and corals. The WDC for Paleoclimatology also distributes data for the International Geosphere-Biosphere Program (IGBP) Past Global Changes (PAGES) core project.
