Definition
- Mapping of hazards that are the result of human action or inaction. These hazards often result from the failure of existing man-made infrastructure or technology and can be aggravated by other environmental conditions. Examples include dam failure, hazardous materials accidents, and other forms of infrastructure failure. (en)
