- The French Polar Institute Paul Emile Victor (ENPI) is a public interest group (GIP) consisting of nine public and parastatal bodies (Ministry of Research, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, CNRS, IFREMER, CEA, TAAF, Meteo-France , CNES, the French Polar Expeditions). The ENPI is an agency of resources and expertise to national laboratories attached to structures whose purpose is scientific research: universities, CNRS, CEA, INRA . (en)
