- NOAA External Affairs, part of the NOAA Office of Communications, communicates with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), Map of the US with NOAA Flag overlaid governmental entities, academia, trade associations and the general public. Our mission is to provide our stakeholders with relevant information about NOAA?s evolving products and services. The NOAA External Affairs Web site is a resource for those interested in collaborating with NOAA to deliver a wide range of oceanic and atmospheric programs.
