  • The Conically-Scanning Two-look Airborne Radiometer (C-STAR) is a passive microwave radiometer system on an airborne platform that collects data at 37.1 GHz. Making use of a rotating antenna, the C-STAR is able to produce images forward and aft of the aircraft ground track.
