  • Omniscale was founded in early 2009 by Dominik Helle and Oliver Tonnhofer in Oldenburg, Germany. Omniscale is specialized for fast geographical maps and the acceleration of existing geospatial data infrastructures. Omniscale has experience in the development of web geographic information systems, implementation of OGC standards, with a strong focus on open source. In addition, Omniscale is not only a user but also developer of open source geospatial software. Omniscale is the creator of the open source project MapProxy and contributes to several other open source projects. Omniscale is involved in national and international fairs and conferences. Whether as an exhibitor in the OSGeo Park at Intergeo or as a sponsor and participant at the FOSS4G. (en)
