- Instituto Oceanografico de la Armada (INOCAR) is a National Oceanographic Data Center, in charge of gathering oceanographic cruise data, meteorological observations, the state of the sea, and bathymetry. Data are available on diskette, as well as listings, for the territorial Ecuadorian sea (the Southeast Pacific Ocean).
