Definition
- Catastropeh Risk Evaluation and Standardizing Target Accumulation (CRESTA) was founded in 1977. Their goal was to improve accumulation control systems, and assist in catastrophe loss management. There are altogether, 20 accululation assessment zones created by CRESTA. The high-risk zones for earthquakes are Vancover/Victoria (1,2,3,4), Greater Montreal (5,6,7,8) and Quebec City (9,10).
