- Southern Ocean READER is a portal for links to temperature, salinity and ocean current data from the Southern Ocean. This portal is the first phase of Southern Ocean data management to be conducted via the auspices of the SCAR Antarctica in the Global Climate System (AGCS) Scientific Research Programme.
