Definition
- The Operational Evaluation Network (OEN), funded by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), operated 25 monitoring sites as part of the Eulerian Model Evaluation Field Study (EMEFS). The OEN monitored air quality data including precipitation chemistry, and meteorological data from sites in the Eastern USA, the Plains States, and Colorado.
