  • The Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries (IOF) was established in 1930 for research in oceanography and fisheries. IOF's Data Centre has a data base containing hydrological, currents, wave, sea level, biological and fisheries data. The function of the data centre is to compute, process, classify, store and disseminate data to IOF researchers.
