- The Land-Atmosphere-Ice Interactions (LAII) Arctic Transitions in the Land-Atmosphere System (ATLAS) program is designed as an interdisciplinary multi-year project with many investigators and varied instrumentation to address the affect of global climate change on Arctic systems.
