Definition
- A plant nutrient usually found in relatively small amounts(<100 mg kg-1) in plants. These are usually B, Cl, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Co, and Zn. In environmental applications it is those elements exclusive of the eight abundant rock-forming elements: oxygen, aluminum, silicon, iron, calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium. (en)
