- Is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) and the State Warning Point (SWP), which is operational twenty-four hours a day. It develops and updates the standard operating procedures used to coordinate the state’s response to emergencies. It manages the Regional Emergency Management program.
