- Reading Information Technology Incorporated (RITI) was founded in 1992 as a technical service and software engineering company. This information may be obtained from either local or remote sites, via local or wide area networks, and can be used in a wide variety of applications. Our objective is to provide our customers with software components and integrated systems that expand the content of their traditional Management Information Systems (MIS) to include spatial dimension and location-enable capabilities.
