- The Research School of Earth Sciences (RSES) is directed to understanding the nature of the Earth and its environment, and is organized through four main research areas, Earth Chemistry, Earth Environment, Earth Materials & Processes & Earth Physics. Many research themes link members of the different areas, building on strong discipline strengths to provide a powerful inter-disciplinary approach.
