- Marine Remote Sensing (MRS) involves the collection amd analysis of satellite data in order to determine sea surface tempetatures. Regions included in this study are New Jersey Coast, Mid-Atlantic region,Gulf Stream, Gulf of Mexico, U.S. East Coast, Florida Current, Cape Cod, Maine, Cheaspeake, Cape Hatteras, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Florida Panhandle, Alabama, Lousisiana Coast, and Bahamas.
