- NASA Goddard Space Flight Center plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a sole source basis to Mobilaps, LCC in order to meet critical technical and schedule requirements of the Geospatial Interoperability Office (GIO) Program. This requirement encompasses strategic analysis and support in the development of and implementation of geospatial interoperability standard architectures and will support the development of specifications that provide geospatial interoperability open standards based solutions for government and industry.
