GODAE
Definition
- GODAE is an initiative to make ocean monitoring and prediction a routine activity akin to weather forecasting. GODAE envisages a global system of observations, communications, modelling and assimilation that will deliver regular, comprehensive information on the state of the oceans. This information will have wide utility for the benefit of the community.
